Terms and Conditions for the Use of Chronologic | Projects

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chronologic | Projects ("the project management platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the project management platform. By accessing or using the project management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the project management platform.

2.  Use of the Project Management Platform
   1. You may use the project management platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

      2. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the project management platform or servers or networks connected to the project management platform.

      4. Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the project management platform or interfere with any other party's use of the project management platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
   1. The project management platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Chronologic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
   2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the project management platform for your internal business purposes only.
4. Data Protection
   1. Chronologic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. 5. Termination

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chronologic, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the project management platform.
8. Governing Law
   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gauteng, South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
   1. Chronologic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
